The 'Yoga For Health' Course that we offer enables one to learn an integrated approach to Yoga for positive health. This 12-week course is suitable for all ages (unless there is major illness, disability or pregnancy). The course is comprehensive and will be sufficient for you to practice yoga for life. Each weekly session will be of 1 1/2 hours.
Our course will cover the following:
Yoga postures (called Asanas) Stretching exercises Deep breathing technique System of self-massage Deep relaxation method Simple meditation technique

Class size will be kept small (not more than 8) to give maximum attention to each and every participant.
